Thai Delight is located in Organ on the outskirts of Las Cruces. It's where the Organ Mountain Cafe once was. Owner Thom Feldt does an awesome job. Dishes like Pad Thai have become one of the favorites as well as the beef green curry dish with potatoes, peppers, in a spicy coconut green curry sauce. Served with rice, soup and salad. All the dishes are delicious and flavorful.
Thai Delight has kept some of the Organ Mountain Cafe's original dishes such as the green curry beef soup (more like a hearty stew) a filling treat...so favorful!
