Our cullinary team, headed by Chef Bobby Belanger and Pastry Chef Eric deSantiago, take great pride in our daily deliveries of the freshest seafood, all-natural hormone-free prime beef from local rancher Mark Levine’s Bakka Ranch, hand made pastas, sinfully delicious desserts, housemade breads by Master Baker, Danny Saucedo and much, much more – all prepared with passion and expertise by our team of talented culinary professionals.
Complementing the uniqueness of the creative, delicious food is our world-class collection of fine wines and spirits — showcased in a temperature-controlled wine wall, the focal point of the lower level dining area and winner of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2008! Separating our two downstairs dining areas is an enchanting 18-foot water wall which can be seen from every vantage point within the dining areas and from our in-kitchen Chef’s Table and upper-level dining areas.
