In 2900 the prevalent question is why? Or maybe, how? Under construction for two years, 2900 arrived under a blanket of scrutiny and anticipation. When expectations for the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and the James Beard Best New Restaurant 2008 award are kicked around before the doors have even opened, it is safe to say that nothing like 2900 has happened here, yet.
