The definition of spring fever, according to answers.com, is “a feeling of restlessness, excitement or laziness brought on by the coming of spring.” Spring fever is often associated with the desire to be outside at all times, a lack of motivation and the innate desire to play “hooky” from work. It has also been associated with the new feelings we feel in the spring time—trees budding, flowers blooming and, of course, romance.
